Job Description

    1. Administrative Support:Efficiently manage and optimize the CEOs daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure optimal time management and productivity. Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution.
    2. Communication Management:Screen and manage all communications (emails, calls, and correspondence) on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEOs office.
    3. Travel & Event Coordination:Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth travel experiences. Organize logistics for events, conferences, and speaking engagements, including coordinating with external vendors and ensuring all requirements are met.
    4. Project Management Support:Assist the CEO with special projects and initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time. Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations to support the CEOs decision-making process.
    5. Communication & Relationship Management:Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. Foster strong relationships across the organization to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
    6. Office Management:Oversee the administrative functions of the CEOs office, including maintaining accurate records, preparing expense reports, managing office supplies, and ensuring all administrative processes are streamlined and efficient. Provide general office support, ensuring the CEOs office runs smoothly.
