Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management:
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Prioritizing tasks to align with the executives goals.
    Communication:
    • Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
    • Drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
    Travel Arrangements:
    • Planning and booking travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Manage travel expenses and prepare related reports.
    Meeting Support:
    • Preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
    • Take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
    Research and Reporting:
    • Conducting research for projects, reports, or presentations.
    • Analysing data and summarizing findings for the executive.
    Confidentiality and Discretion:
    • Handling sensitive information with care.
    • Ensuring privacy in all matters related to the executive and the organization.
    Project Management:
    • Assisting in or leading special projects and initiatives.
    • Tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
    Office Operations:
    • Managing budgets, expense reports, and procurement.
    • Supervising junior staff or coordinating with other departments.
