Job Description

    • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Screen and handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and business operations.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including taking minutes.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Conduct research and provide summaries to assist in decision-making.
    • Manage office and personal administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO.
