Job Description

    Main PurposeThis role is responsible for maintaining excellent support to the travel agent partners. Customer service skills are key for this role and having a solid set of problem solving and sales skills are essential. The Hotel Operations Executive will have a drive to provide support for their partners through effective follow up and operational assistance.Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents/ suppliers/ internal calls.
    • Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff
    • Help Travel agent/ internal staff for booking related queries, amendment and escalations. Provide
    • technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.
    • Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.
    • Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.
    • Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.
    • Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.
    • Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.
    • Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.
    Requirements
    • 0-6 years of operations experience in travel distribution industry.
    • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Work across all shifts and all days.
    • Language: Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent desirable
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Flexible and adaptable.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Creative problem solver.
