Job Description

    VoltUP (by AmpUp Energy Private Limited)Job Title : Executive - Service Operations
    • Qualifications Any Graduate
    • Experience 2 years
    • Reporting to Manager - Operations
    • Location Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai.
    Major Responsibilities:
    • Manage and monitor the performance of the Circle Service teams on KPI
    • Coordinate with Circles to maintain a high-performance level of service and resolve & highlight product-related problems.
    • Generate detailed reports on service performance and operational metrics.
    • Use data to analyze trends and make recommendations for service improvements.
    • Regular follow-ups with Circles on Defectives (Vehicles/CS/Battery.
    • Follow-up on Spares requirements and movement
    • Follow-up on warranty Spares claims.
    • Collaborate with vendors for spare parts requirement.
    • Support in day-to-day operations of service centers.
    • Monitor Implementation of safety protocols and training for service teams.
    Technical Skill Set Required:
    • Basic knowledge of after-sales service operations in EV, Battery Charging.
    • Knowledge of EV 2W will be advantage.
    • Good knowledge of working with Excel & Power Point
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to coordinate between teams
