Job Description

    5 days workingThe specialist would be well versed with all HR Operations functions and are pivotal in ensuring theseamless and effective operation of the Human Resources department. This role encompasses themeticulous management of HR operations and also payroll by adherence to HR compliance andregulatory standards.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition: Recruitment with real time hands on experience onportals
    • Should be able toclose position on own and along with recruitment consultants.
    • Build a strong pipeline and databasefor the upcoming season and revive the evaluation process for robust screening.
    • Onboarding: Very closely managing employee life cycle from offer to joining by adhering to theprocess.
    • Adhere to the companys Background screening process with timely closure of the same.
    Qualifications:
    • MBA HR / Any graduate
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
    • Adept at handling confidential information discreetly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
