Job Description

    Urgent opening in one of the leading MNC Manufacturing company located at Mumbai, Lower Parel, MaharshtraExecutive TreasuryReporting- AM TreasuryOnly MaleM.com/MBA Finance, Knowledge of Sap5 years of experience from Manufacturing companyCTC upto 9 lac
    • A. Treasury1. Cash Flow & Borrowings:a) Handling LCs, Buyers credit and all import related documents and payments.b) Reconciliation of borrowings with GL and bank statements.c) Handling A1 and A2 payments and replying to bank queries.d) Ensuring bank accounts are adequately funded.e) Assisting functional head in periodic assessment of borrowing requirements and ensuring adequate limits are sanctioned.f) Giving disposal instructions for inward remittances.g) Monitoring of daily cash forecast statement.h) Handling Audit queries related to Treasury function like Hedge accounting,Forward contracts documentation.i) Day to day accounting of Bank charges and transfers.2. Cost Reduction:a) Verification of bank advices to ensure correct bank charges/interest rates.b) Monitor receivables & overdue positions, interaction with marketing for the same.3. MISa) Tracking all import related documentation and payment due dates.b) Tracking the various components of finance cost & borrowing and reporting on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.c) Compilation of finance cost & analysis thereof on monthly basis.d) Using treasury module and making sure manual reports are automated through module.4. Compliances1. Banking and import related payment compliances.
