Overall creation, maintenance and reporting of data and records. Keep tab on validity of Warehouse agreements and renewal thereof. Follow up for agreements, checking & get it signed. Follow up for Warehouse inspection / audit / survey report & checking Preparing list of major critical observation. Maintaining records of internal audit reports / commodity health reports (CHR) & highlighting major critical points / observation. Follow up for Action Taken Report, if any. Follow up for invoices & checking with Warehouse Service Providers (WSP) Follow up for booking and payment. Reconciliation of WSP ledgers. Monthly Stock reconciliation. Preparing warehouse utilization report. Answering WSP & surveyors for outstanding payments related issues and other issues. Co-ordinate with accounts for KYC and master creation. Co-ordinate with all the desks, WSPs, surveyors etc. Preparation of various data for MIS reporting. Shall also participate in assessment of new requirement; bring quotation, negotiation and finalisation of deal.
