    • Prepare material invoice and all necessary paper work required for movement of the export vehicle
    • Prepare Export Documents for transporter & Bank
    • Prepare Work order for Transporter and Supplier
    • Liaise with transporter for export status,
    • To prepare and check pre-order PI, Draft LC Applications etc for Export
    • Prepare PI for export orders
    • Liaise with Export Manager for export documents status and track payment of all dispatched documents
    • To coordinate, prepare and check pre and post export documents for shipments & Bank submissions.
    • To ensure end and end coordination with factory for placement of order & scheduling dispatch.
    • To coordinate with CHA, Shipping company, TPIA, Logistic Service providers etc for Export consignment.
    • To update MIS of EXIM.
    • Any other related work of EXIM dept.
