Job Description

    • Always wish and greet the guests with a smile while receiving them as well as when they leave
    • To see that the food is brought in time for buffet service and that buffet is replenished from time to time
    • Ensure service standards are maintained
    • Ability to serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
    • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
    • Maintain pleasant and obliging manners towards the guests, and pay proper attention to their needs.
    • Check the freshness and the quantity of food available for service
    • Proper ordering of food from the unit ensuring that no excess ordering takes place
    • Pick up the food from the kitchen & serve to the guests
    • Setting up the buffet counters & general upkeep of the restaurant
    • Maintain all F&B public and service areas in a clean and orderly condition.
    • To ensure that all equipment is in safe working condition
    • To strictly follow HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
    • To report any feedback and complaints immediately to the F&B supervisor.
    • Any other Food & Beverage duties as required.
    Major Areas of Responsibility:
    • Set up and maintain the buffet area in the staff cafeteria.
    • Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
    • Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the buffet area and kitchen space.
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • 0- 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
    • BSc in Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management.
