Job Description

    We are looking for a competent Facilities Manager to manage and maintain our multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of our facilities, including building maintenance, security, safety, and environmental compliance. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure all facilities-related activities are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all facilities.Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Manage the scheduling and coordination of preventative maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and disruptions.Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Manage facility security, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.Supervise and train facilities maintenance staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and inquiries.Additional Details :1. No. of openings : 12. Experience :3-4 years experience in the same industry.3. Qualification :Bachelors degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field. Proven experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Extra Qualification Preferred.Professional certification in facilities management.Experience working in FMCG industry.Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.4. Working Hours timings & Work Week (no of days a week) :9 hours shift, 6 days working. Week off shall be decided and informed by the Operations Director upon appointment and will be working on all festivals like Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year, etc.Timings-9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.5.
