Crafted from breathable and biodegradable pure linen fabric, these products are a perfect blend of comfort and style.Founded in 2020 by a woman entrepreneur who is a NIFT/ MICA alumni, the products are available through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.As a Fashion Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect fashion items that suit their style and preferences. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience and contributing to the success of our showroom.What you need to have:
    • Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Understanding customers fashion preferences and guide them in selecting the right products.
    • Providing personalized styling advice based on current fashion trends and individual customer needs.
    • Staying informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and product offerings in the showroom.
    • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of various fashion items.
    • Keeping track of inventory levels and inform customers about new arrivals and promotions.
    • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
    • Actively participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales.
    • Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.
    • Assisting in maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom layout.
    • Collaborating with the merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that showcase the latest fashion trends.
    • Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
    • Addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    What you need to have:
    • Previous experience in retail, preferably in a fashion-related role.
    • Strong passion for and knowledge of current fashion trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
    Experience: 2 to 4 yearsAnnual CTC: Rupees 6,00,000 to 9,00,000
