Job Description

    • Issues & outages troubleshooting and quick resolution.
    • Level-1 SR closures.
    • Daily Checklist executions ( EOD and BOD Jobs)
    • Daily Health Checks.(on Applications, Middleware and DB servers)
    • Knowledge server induction process
    • Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.
    • Basic knowledge in any monitoring tools (Like VuSmartmaps, Dynatrace, etc,.).
    • Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation.
    • Gaps Closure, Vulnerability closure.
    • Compliance activities like OS patching, server maintenance.
    • Port opening/firewall related process
    • CR execution for application deployments
    • Backend updates in the database.
    • SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.
    • Backup policies maintenance & review
    • Inventory maintenance.
    • Knowledge on Finacle(CBS).
    • Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.
    • SQL query writing
    • Data purging knowledge
    • DR drill responsibilities to be taken
    • Knowledge on upgradation/ migration activities
    • Automation of existing manual process using the tools like Control-M and Robotics
    • SOP documentation on new process and maintaining it
    • Involvement in Audit
