Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 2-5 years of experience to handle financial operations, follow-ups, and banking activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with banks, ensuring timely documentation, and preparing financial reports for projects.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Document Follow-Ups:
      • Ensure timely collection and submission of basic financial documents.
      • Maintain and update financial records as required.
    2. Banking Operations:
      • Conduct visits to banks for various financial transactions.
      • Coordinate with banks for Fixed Deposits (FDs) and Overdrafts (ODs).
      • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and requirements.
    3. Follow-Ups:
      • Regular follow-ups with financial institutions, vendors, and internal teams.
      • Track pending financial transactions and ensure timely completion.
    4. Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare and analyze project bank reports.
      • Assist in financial planning and forecasting.
      • Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
