    Company:General Insurance CompanyRole:Manager / Senior Manager - Finance OperationsLocation:MumbaiExperience:2 in Purchase to Payment (P2P)Education:CA Qualified / Inter CA mustWorking days:5 daysJob Role:1. SLA achievement for payment- Financial and Management Accounting related to payments to vendors, employees, and other service providers.2. Closure of Books- Monthly, quarterly, yearly, and annual closing of accounts, including provisions for expenses and other outstandings within the stipulated timelines.3. Rent processing Finalising the rent calculation sent by the admin and their payments and accounting thereof.4. Lease Equalization checking and preparation, and posting the entry for the same.5. Deposit Payments, Rent FNF Reconciliation, and preparing monthly deposit schedules.6. Ledger Maintenance- Ownership of the General Ledger, including scrutiny and review of the accounts and trial balance related to all vendor, supplier accounts and advances accounts7. Compliance- Coordination of statutory and internal audits8. Streamlining P2P Process- Process controls in relation to payments and documentation thereof9. Reporting- Sending MIS to management10.
