Job Description

    Ensure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Company policies and proceduresResponsible for the coordination of funding specifications and compliance handling of the funding process and procedures within an assigned team of fundersWorks collaboratively with the Campus Office of Financial Aid, and Campus Office of Student Accounts to resolve student inquiriesMonitor and oversee daily workflow to ensure attainment of department goals (queue review)Approve all RDN assignments for accounts approved for repossession to ensure adherence to department and legal guidelinesAs needed, intercede on requests with difficult customers and/or requests requiring detailed knowledge of the organizations products/servicesApprove exceptions (within established parameters) to assist in finalizing transactionsParticipate in the performance of other duties and projects as assigned by DirectorEnsure timely execution of all processes and communications to both customers and vendorsResponsible for eDoc queues to be set up
