Job Description

    Seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with business leaders on key finance matters, including financial analysis, forecasting, and bidding. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior management and teams across multiple markets, providing valuable insights to drive business success.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating commercial acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
      • Oversee the monthly accounts cycle, ensuring accurate and insightful financial reviews.
      • Conduct detailed variance analyses of revenue and costs.
      • Perform WIP (Work in Progress) and debtors analysis.
      • Prepare and deliver monthly management review presentations.
    1. Forecasting:
      • Provide actionable insights and clarity on monthly revenue forecasts.
      • Develop resource cost forecasts and support annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes.
    1. Commercial Analysis & Decision Support:
      • Partner with the business on bids, tenders, and business plans.
      • Review contracts and assess project profitability.
      • Conduct utilization analysis to optimize resource allocation and performance.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
    • 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis.
    • Experience working in a multicurrency environment is advantageous.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resourceful.
    • Prior experience in professional services, construction, or commercial sectors is a plus.
