Job Description

    Position: Financial Controller( Immediate joiner only)Qualification: CA,MBAExperience: 10 to 15 yearsLocation: MumbaiJob description
    • Manage and deliver accurate reports on Financial Planning, Business performance reviews and analysis, Working capital management, Corporate Taxation, & Statutory Audits
    • Presenting monthly financial budgets, reports, P&L analysis and cash flow
    • Providing financial insight to support planning and budgeting through financial modelling and analysis
    • Supervising and reviewing the financial reporting and tax filings to ensure the internal controls are in compliance
    • Track business performance on all tactical decisions and highlighting issues and areas of concern to influence corrective actions
    • Accountable for preparation of books and accounts and preparation of consolidated Financial Statement of Company
    • Providing various MIS reports to management
    • Forecasting cash inflow and outflow and tracking with actuals
    • Ensuring a smooth month end closure of accounts with high level reporting of the actual results to the management
    • Ensuring that the Corporate Taxation of the company is in line with the tax laws
    • Establish appropriate control and feedback mechanisms
    • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
    What are we looking for
    • Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance) with 10-15 years of experience
    • Must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms
    • Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting to senior management
    • Well Developed Leadership Skills
