Job Description

    Hi, Financial Counselor cum Center ManagerLocations: Andheri, Ahmednagar, AmravatiResponsibilities:
    1. Patient Counseling:
      • Guide patients and their families on the benefits of IVF treatment.
      • Clearly explain treatment options and necessary consents to ensure patient understanding.
    2. Financial Counseling:
      • Provide detailed financial guidance on IVF packages and associated treatments.
      • Encourage patient conversion for various IVF packages.
    3. Data and Record Management:
      • Maintain records of IVF patients as per consultant recommendations (e.g., IUI, ICSI, OD/ED).
      • Ensure accurate data management and timely updates.
    4. Quality Monitoring and Compliance:
      • Oversee adherence to SOPs, protocols, and quality standards at the center.
      • Monitor the centers performance against established benchmarks.
    5. Team Leadership:
      • Supervise counselors and tele-sales personnel under the financial wing.
      • Provide guidance and ensure team efficiency.
    6. Center Administration:
      • Handle daily administrative operations of the center efficiently.
      • Address patient concerns and ensure smooth workflow.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, counseling, or financial advisory roles.
    • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
    • Languages: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
    • Gender: Female candidates only.
    Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month (maximum).
