Job Description

Ltd.; we are an Executive Search firm specializing in recruitment of mid to senior level talent in BFSI Domain.I am writing to you with regards to theFinancial Risk Managerrole with one of the leading General Insurance firms in Mumbai.Company - Leading General InsuranceRole Financial Risk ManagerLocation Prabhadevi, MumbaiWe are looking for professionals with at least 4 years of experience in Financial Risk Management. The candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis. Recommending strategies to minimize the risk, along with maximizing the rewards.Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate processes for assessing financial risks across functions and with stakeholders.
    • Manage Internal Financial Controls (IFC) alongside the Risk function.
    • Conduct analytical quality reviews at the portfolio, channel, distributor, and product levels.
    • Perform credit risk assessments of vendors and counter parties.
    • Conduct stress testing based on financial data and real trends.
    • Analyze and assess data relevant to financial risk evaluations.
    • Communicate risk insights and emerging issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update risk registers with identified risks and mitigation plans.
    • Identify and report incidents/exceptions, perform root cause analyses, and suggest preventive actions.
    Qualifications:
    • Any Graduate FRM Group 1 and Group 2
    • Prior experiencein BFSIindustry preferred
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
