Job Description

    F&B Associate / Steward5 Star Luxury RestaurantLocation: Mumbai (Colaba/Bandra) | Bangalore (Indiranagar/12th Main)Experience: 1 yearsSalary: Best in Industry Service Charge IncentivesKey Responsibilities
    • Guest Experience: Provide seamless, personalized service in a fast-paced, high-end multi-cuisine environment.
    • Brand Ambassador: Educate guests on our unique seed-to-cup journey, regenerative coffee practices, and curated food menu.
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, table setting, and service etiquette consistent with 5-star luxury.
    • Upselling: Use deep product knowledge to recommend pairings between our specialty coffees and global cuisine.
    • Coordination: Work closely with the Baristas and Kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
    What We Are Looking For
    • Experience: Previous stint in a luxury hotel brand or a premium standalone restaurant.
    • Communication: Exceptional command of English; ability to converse confidently with HNI (High Net-Worth) guests and expats.
    • Grooming: Impeccable personal grooming standards in line with luxury hospitality.
