Job descriptionProduct Development, formulate and develop new colour cosmetic products to launch.Research and select raw materials, pigments and other ingredients that meet performance, stability, and regulatory requirements.Conduct Stability, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product quality and efficiency.Adjust and refine formulations based on feedback from testing and consumer trails.Developing formulations that match the customers desired specifications, such as shade, texture, coverage and finish, ensuring the product aligns with their brand identity and target market.Ensuring all ingredients and final formulation meet relevant safety and regulatory requirements for the intended market, which may include compliance with global standards like FDA, EU regulations, or other regional guidelines.Incorporating the latest trends in colour cosmetics, such as natural or vegan ingredients, sustainable packaging, and multifunctional products, to offer the customer innovative solutions that can differentiate their brand in the market.Trials on R&D Development Products, prototype creation, application and performance testing, stability testing, user experience evaluation.Data collection and analysis, issue identification and solutions, comprehensive reporting, stakeholder review.Making formulation kits for customers and exhibitions.Customized kits for customers, exhibition kits for trade shows,Professional presentation, batch production, quality control, and display setup.
