Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding potential franchisees, while ensuring they align with our brand values and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a strategic franchise development plan to drive business growth.
    • Identify and attract potential franchise partners through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to identify viable locations and assess competition.
    • Lead the end-to-end franchise sales process, including initial inquiries, presentations, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
    • Evaluate and assess franchise candidates to ensure their financial stability, business acumen, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs and operational support for new franchisees.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to monitor performance and address any concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, legal requirements, and company policies.
    • Represent the company at franchise expos, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience 4 years in franchise development, sales, or business expansion.
    • Strong understanding of franchise business models, operations, and legal requirements.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
