    1. Research on Industries and Companies.
    2. Understanding job requirements from clients.
    3. Candidate Sourcing - Source relevant candidates/profiles matching the parameters of the requirements from job portals.
    4. Candidate Management - Interview Follow-up / Post Interview Feedback.
    5. Placing candidates - Follow up with the candidates till joining.
