Job Description

    Position: General ManagerExperience: 8-13 yearsAge: Up to 50 yearsQualification: Graduate/PGTimings: 10-hour shiftWorking Days: 6 daysIndustry: FMCG / Horeca onlySalary: 70,000 - 80,000Gender: MaleTravelling & Accommodation: SeparateDaily Reporting to Office: MandatoryRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
    • Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve revenue goals.
    • Lead, direct, and supervise dealership management personnel, ensuring regular performance evaluations of all department managers.
    • Plan dealership operations for the upcoming year and submit proposals for dealer approval.
    • Collaborate with the comptroller/office manager monthly to review departmental forecasts and ensure alignment with the annual forecast.
    • Meet with managers individually to set monthly and yearly goals, reviewing actual performance versus objectives.
    • Provide dealers with accurate weekly financial reports on dealership performance.
    • Ensure the timely completion and submission of accurate monthly financial statements to the factory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer representatives.
