Job Description

    Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
    • Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and targets in alignment with the companys strategic objectives.

    2. Sales Operations Management
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and customer experience.
    • Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and dealer incentives to maximize profitability.
    3. Dealer and Channel Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and key business partners.
    • Ensure effective channel management and identify opportunities to expand the dealer network.
    • Conduct periodic dealer performance reviews and provide necessary training or support.
    4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Oversee CRM activities to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to address issues.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop customer-focused campaigns and initiatives.
    5. Leadership and Team Development
    • Build a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and development.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
    6. Market Expansion and New Opportunities
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.
    • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to introduce new models and variants.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to enhance brand visibility.
