Job Description

    Responsible forSales related activities.REVENUE
    • Generate and contribute revenue for the region.
    • Achievement of Revenue collection target assigned in FY.
    PLANNING
    • Owns development of regional sales strategy and business growth plan for existing and new trade partners.
    • Owns development of monthly demand plan for the region.
    • Drive sales target-setting for State heads and conduct periodic review.
    • Manage regional TPI (TRADE POLICY AND INCENTIVE) budget.
    SALES ACTIVATION
    • Manage category and channel analytics on own and competition product performance within region.
    • Lead management of BTL initiatives.
    • Manage development of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with state heads.
    PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
    • Drives learning, talent development and inclusiveness.
    TRADE PARTNER MANAGEMENT
    • Develops TP engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen TP relationship.
    • Identifies, evaluates new TPs and manages difficult accounts as needed.
    • Oversee all marketing and key accounts management activities for the region.
    • Oversees all sales logistics and service for the region.
    • Owns general administration for the region.
