Were seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting our US-based clients on a US shift schedule.Job Summary:Were looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually stunning designs for our clients marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphic designs, including logos, brochures, business cards, websites, and social media graphics.2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with US-based clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and brand guidelines.3. Design Conceptualization: Conceptualize and present design ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and suggestions.4. Design Execution: Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.5. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials, adhering to clients brand guidelines.6. Design Software Proficiency: Proficiently use design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Requirements:1. Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.2. Experience: 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a BPO or design agency setting.3. Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling.4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with US-based clients.6. Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work on a US shift schedule, which may include evening and night shifts.Nice to Have:1. Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or other design-related certifications.2. Web Design Experience: Experience with web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.3.
