Job Description

    Guest Services AssistantsJob Summary:The Guest Services Assistant is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience throughout their stay. This role involves providing information, assistance, and support to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Guest Interaction:
      • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
      • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
      • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
    2. Customer Service:
      • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
      • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them as necessary.
      • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
    3. Administrative Duties:
      • Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing.
      • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently.
      • Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
    4. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
      • Communicate guest feedback to management to improve services.
    5. Safety and Security:
      • Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
      • Follow emergency procedures and report any suspicious activity.
