Head/Chief Supply Chain OfficerKey Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives, ensuring scalability and resilience. - Manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting to minimize stock outs and excess inventory. - Lead the selection and management of logistics providers, optimizing transportation routes and costs. - Implement and maintain robust quality control processes throughout the supply chain, ensuring product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower overall costs. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance. - Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management within the D2C and skincare industries. - Proven ability to manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Interested candidates can share their CV at: hidden_email & hidden_mobile (Whatsapp)
