Head Finance & AccountsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, inventory valuation, costing, and providing financial leadership to support business growth and profitability.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function of the organizationOversee accounting, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statementsDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecastingEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (Direct & Indirect Taxation)Liaise with auditors, bankers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodiesManage costing, margin analysis, and pricing support for jewellery operationsManage cash flow, working capital, fund utilization, and cost optimizationProvide strategic financial analysis and decision support to managementEstablish robust internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworksImplement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk management systemsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performanceSupport business expansion, compliance, and process improvementsDesired Profile of the CandidateQualified Chartered Accountant with 20-30 years of relevant experiencePrior experience in a leadership role heading Finance & AccountsStrong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and financial controlsProven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsExperience working in fast-paced, multi-functional environmentsHigh level of integrity, ownership, and business orientationIf you are interested kindly send their your updated resume at Email: hidden_emailOur WhatsApp number: hidden_mobile
