Job Description

    Position: Head Institutional SalesQualification: CA,CFA,MBAExperience: 15 to 20 years Location: MumbaiMain PurposeThe Institutional Sales Head will lead the strategic development and management of institutional sales, focusing on expanding client relationships anddriving revenue growth within the institutional market segment. This senior role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in financial products, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in institutional sales. The Institutional Sales Head will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with key institutional clients, including asset managers, banks, and hedge funds, while leading a high-performing sales team and collaborating closely with product and research teams to ensure offerings meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, exemplary negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.Roles and Responsibilities1. Develop and oversee the institutional sales strategy, aligning with company objectives and growth targets.2. Build and maintain relationships with top institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.3. Build & lead the institutional sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.4. Collaborate with research and product teams to develop offerings tailored to institutional client needs.5. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling/cross- selling to existing clients.6. Achievement of revenue targets and growth in institutional client base.7. Client satisfaction and retention rate.8. Expansion of product penetration among institutional clients.9. Performance of institutional sales team members.Qualification:
    • MBA or equivalent in Finance/Business Management; CA & CFA is a plus.
