Job Description

    Hiring AM/ Manager Maintenance For A Leading BrandLocation: Mumbai Experience: 5 yearsNote: Candidates having experience with QST/ Hotels or Hospitality industry are preferred. Responsibilities:
    • Managing all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance of equipment across West Stores including Electrical Machines & Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration systems, HVAC, PA, FAS, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security, and Safety Systems, and Firefighting systems.
    • Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe order and compliance with current safety rules and regulations.
    • Setting up new stores kitchens and commissioning equipment as per design.
    • Developing new vendors for AMCs of refrigeration and HVAC and finalizing the same for stores.
    • Carrying out renovation work within the timeline as per new standards in existing stores.
    • Rolling out training programs for maintenance and store staff and preparing training manuals for the maintenance team across stores.
    • Planning, directing, and controlling the efforts of the maintenance team across all stores.
    • Communicating with government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.
    • Preparing capital and repairs & maintenance budgets for engineering.
