Job Description

    Exciting Career Opportunity with Vibrantzz Management Services.Position:- International BPO Customer Service (Voice & Non-Voice)Location:- Mumbai (Malad, Chandivali, Thane, Airoli)Salary:- Up to 35,000 in hand (based on experience, communication skills, and performance)Shifts:- US, UK, and AUS shifts availableWork Schedule:- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offsRoles Available:-
    • Voice Process: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer queries.
    • Non-Voice Process: Support customers through email, chat, or social media, ensuring a seamless experience.
    Minimum Qualification:-
    • HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) (Freshers or with experience)
    • Graduate (Freshers or with experience)
    Skills Required:-
    • Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Customer-oriented mindset
