Job Description

We are looking out for females who can join our dynamic team for the role of HR position.Job Title: HR Executive (Female)Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraExperience: 6 months to 1 yearSalary: Open to discussion We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources (recruitment) and a passion for supporting the HR function. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting HR processes.Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Coordinating interviews and selection processes
    • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
    • Assisting in employee onboarding and induction
    • Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
    • Handling employee queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of HR functions
    • Any other HR-related tasks as assigned
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR
    • Good knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Female candidates only
    • Mumbai-based candidates preferred
