Total Experience: 2-6 years of experienceJob Profile:
    • BTL Activities Management:Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including events and promotions, coordinating with vendors for timely and quality delivery.Collateral Development:Manage the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Agency Coordination:Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies, managing the briefing process, project workflow, and quality control of deliverables.Media Planning and Management:Assist in the planning and execution of media strategies, coordinating with media agencies to optimize media buys and placements.Marketing Expense Management:Monitor the marketing budget, handle the processing and uploading of invoices, and ensure timely payments to vendors.Vendor Onboarding:Manage vendor onboarding processes, including document collection, portal uploads, agreement signing, and maintaining vendor relationships.Gifting Management:Oversee the execution of gifting and giveaways for clients and partners, coordinating with vendors to select and deliver appropriate items.Internal Stakeholder Management:Engage with internal teams to understand marketing communication needs and provide effective solutions.Coordination and Communication:Maintain regular updates with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
