Job Description

    Position Overview
    • Position Title Senior Manager
    • Department Operational Risk Management
    Role Summary:
    • Ensure policies and procedures supporting implementation of the Operational Risk Management
    • Identification and Assessment of Risk and suggesting mitigations with the objective of minimizing risk, contain losses and maximize savings to help achieve business and organization objectives.
    • Assess the effectiveness of risk mitigations and controls, Risk review, Deep dives in reporting status on progress to Management
    • Maintain oversight on the Risk Reporting for the risk (operational) function
    • Working closely with the Business teams, Support and Control functions towards organizational level risk management.
    Key Result Areas
    • Operational Risk Management Risk analysis and self-assessment program through implementation of robust Risk Management framework to ensure:
      • Identification of Risks
      • Assessment of Risk
      • Monitoring implementation of Risk Controls/Mitigation strategy
      Building appropriate Risk Appetite Statement and Thresholds and monitoring performance v/s threshold through suitable KRIsTracking loss events and ensure incident management is in placeContribute towards creating/improving Risk culture in the organizationRisk Assessment in the areas of Outsourcing Activities, Product Development and Implementation, etc Assessment of Control environment wrt Operational Risk ManagementReview of Risk Management policies and SOP basis defined frequency
    Location- Thane/Lower Parel.Education- MBA .Experience-
    • 5 -7 yrs. of relevant experience 3 years of exp of Insurance industry.
