    Location Vashi officeExperience 4 to 6 yearsMAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInstalling configuring operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issuesTest and support the delivery of software releasesWork internally and with customers on performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of software, network issues and recommend/implement correct solutions and providing remote support as required.Technical support for escalations from Service team on system and software related issuesProvide onsite project management support during Pilots/POCs/Installations/Commissioning of solutions on groundDocument incident reports for projectsManage the provision and maintenance of software license keysAssist in solution reviews, software design sessions, and architectural reviewsUnderstand and document the project risks and display sound judgment when escalating critical risksJob demands 30% travelling to customer location / installation sites
