Job Description FOS Vehicle LoanPosition Title: Field Officer Sales (FOS) Vehicle LoanDepartment: Vehicle LoanLocation:MumbaiRole Purpose:To drive Vehicle loan business growth by acquiring new customers, increasing sales of core banking products, and strengthening customer relationships through field sales and marketing activities.JOB DESCRIPTION:Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses.Assess customers financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.Collaborate with dealership partners or automotive vendors to facilitate loan approvals and vehicle purchases.Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on loan applications and resolve any queries.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.Continuously update knowledge of vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite loan approvals and disbursements.Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.Freshers or candidates with 03 years of experience in Sales / Banking / Financial Services preferred.Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSales and negotiation abilityCustomer-centric approachBasic computer knowledgeAbility to work in field sales environmentTarget-driven mindsetPreferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Vehicle loan / Car sales / BFSI sales preferredLocal market knowledge and dealer network will be an advantage
