Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for HR ExecutiveLocation - Lower ParelKey Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct the first round of interviews to assess candidates suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
    Training and Development:
    • Assist in planning and executing employee training programs.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
    • Maintain training records and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
    Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials, if required.
    Event Planning:
    • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
    • Plan and execute HR-related events, such as onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
    Daily HR Operations:
    • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment and HR activities to senior management.
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in an HR role is mandatory.
    • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
