Job Description

    Hiring: Project Manager Architectural Interior Design Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai Position: Project Manager Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMExperience:3-5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join our Architectural & Interior Design Company. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and experience handling interior design, architecture, execution, site coordination, vendors, contractors, and clients.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage interior design and architectural projects from planning to completion
    • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and execution
    • Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is progressing as per approved designs and schedules
    • Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, painting, furniture, and finishing works
    • Prepare and track project schedules, BOQs, material requirements, and work progress
    • Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and execution challenges
    • Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality parameters
    • Maintain regular communication and provide project status updates to management and clients
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience in Project Management / Interior Design / Architecture / Construction
    • Strong knowledge of Interior Execution & Site Management
    • Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, costing, material planning, and project scheduling
    • Excellent vendor & contractor management skills
    • Strong client handling and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities
