    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate in any discipline
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales
    • Experience in the Building Materials industry is preferred but not mandatory
    • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
    Key Responsibilities
    • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
    • Prepare and submit competitive quotations.
    • Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and brokers to close sales.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and timely deliveries.
    • Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
    • Monitor market trends and prepare MIS reports.
    • Ensure smooth coordination of dispatch, billing, and documentation.
    • Support and guide junior team members whenever required.
