Job Description

    Position: HNI Desk Head Wealth Management Location: Mumbai Experience: 7 Years CTC: 25 to 40 LPAAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our HNI Desk in Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing relationships with High Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients, driving revenue through multiple investment products, and leading a team of wealth professionals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Acquire and manage HNI & Ultra HNI clients with focus on revenue generation through Equity, Commodity, and Currency segments.
    • Lead, mentor, and retain a team of HNI Relationship Managers, Advisors, and Desk Heads.
    • Drive cross-selling of key products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and Insurance.
    • Manage existing client relationships and ensure consistent portfolio growth.
    • Provide investment advisory services, ensuring high ROI and client satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing research-based recommendations.
    • Ensure timely submission of MIS and business reports.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or related domains.
    • Proven track record of managing HNI/Ultra HNI portfolios and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, PMS, and other investment products.
    • Excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
    • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
