Customer Service: Consult with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for holiday experiences. Provide expert advice on destination choices, activities, and accommodations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Sales and Upselling: Actively promote additional services, upgrades, and travel insurance to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value of various holiday packages. 4. Booking and Documentation: Process holiday package bookings accurately, ensuring adherence to travel regulations. Prepare and organize travel documents, itineraries, and other necessary paperwork related to holiday packages. Confirm reservations and handle changes or cancellations efficiently5. Technology Proficiency: Utilize travel booking systems and relevant software for efficient reservation management. Stay updated on industry technologies and trends to enhance operational efficiency.
