Should have good communication skills, knowledge of banking products, and a proven track record in loan disbursements.Key Responsibilities:* Connect with real estate buyers via calls, and field/ home visits to understand their loan requirements and guide customers through the complete home loan process, from application to disbursement.* Recommend suitable banks and loan products based on customer needs.* Coordinate with banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.* Resolve customer queries related to home loans, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and CIBIL scores.* Build strong relationships with customers, banks, and internal sales teams.* Generate referrals and follow up with leads to maximize conversions.* Achieve monthly disbursement targets and maintain accurate records.* Be comfortable with fieldwork, including site visits and customer home visits.Mandatory Check:- 2-4 years experience in Home Loan with real estate or NBFC Industries.- Decent comm skills.- End to end home loan product acknowledged.- Open to do site vists, home vists, calling.Why NoBroker - Attractive incentives and performance rewards- Fast career growth in a leading prop-tech company- Health benefits, PF, and gratuity- Vibrant work culture with learning opportunities
