Job Description

    WaiterDepartment: HospitalityReporting Structure: Restaurant ManagerJob Summary:Join our team as a Waiter and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for all customers.Responsibilities:
    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
    • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
    • Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Upsell additional items to increase revenue
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
