Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR initiatives and align them with business objectives. The HRBP will act as a consultant to leadership, providing expert HR guidance while fostering a high-performance and employee-centric culture.Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
    • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
    • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
    • Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
    • Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive employee offerings.
    • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics for decision-making.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).
    • Knowledge of change management and organizational development.
