Job Description

    For a Leading Blackstone Funded Company in India Job Title: HR Executive Location: BKC, MumbaiKey Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
    • Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records management.
    • Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
    • Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
    • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
    • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain employee databases.
    • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
    Key Requirements:
    • Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
    • Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
