Job Description

  • Sourcing candidates as per client requirement.
  • Independently handle clients.
  • Assessing the candidates based on the requirement.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct salary negotiations with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all levels.
  • Understanding job description and job specification of assigned position.
  • Sourcing resumes from portals, references, consultancy database etc.
  • Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client.
  • Negotiate salary with candidates, engaging the candidates until they join the clients.
  • Job Location: Jogeshwari east
