Performed by expert orthopedic surgeons within our state-of-the-art Bone & Joint Centre,this technology ensures personalized, accurate, and minimally invasive joint replacement, delivering superior outcomes in trusted, patient-focused environment.Were now looking for HR EXECUTVE for the speciality hospital at Kandiwali -east in MumbaiJob Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesExperience: 2- 5 years in HR preferably in hospitality or healthcare company not a mandate thoughIndustry: Healthcare / HospitalJob ObjectiveTo manage day-to-day HR operations for the hospital and ensure smooth recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and staff welfare for doctors, nurses, paramedical and admin staff.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff- Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with HODs- Manage onboarding, documentation, ID cards, and induction for new joinees- Maintain manpower planning as per hospital requirements2. Employee Relations & Engagement- Address employee grievances and coordinate with HODs for resolution- Conduct employee engagement activities, festivals, and welfare programs- Ensure proper shift rosters, attendance, and leave management3. Payroll & Compliance- Coordinate with accounts for payroll, attendance, and salary processing- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Bonus, and hospital policies- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files4. Training & Development- Identify training needs for staff - clinical, soft skills, and compliance- Coordinate with HODs for induction training, CPR, NABH, and patient care training- Maintain training records and certifications5. Hospital Specific Duties- Ensure proper staff coverage for 24x7 shifts - OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT- Coordinate credentialing and documentation for doctors- Support NABH/JCI documentation related to HR- Handle exit formalities and exit interviewsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Education: MBA HR / PGDM / Graduate in HR preferred- Experience: 2-5 years in hospital/healthcare HR preferred- Skills:- Good knowledge of recruitment for healthcare staff- Knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and NABH HR norms- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software- Ability to handle shift staff and work under pressureKey Competencies- Empathy and patient-centric approach- Confidentiality and professionalism- Problem solving and quick decision making- Ability to coordinate between doctors, management, and staffIf the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly Share your cv at- contactRajat- hidden_mobileKindly share-current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc-Open to work in Kandiwali@east-Open to join in 15 days
